It's an immaculately clean and 1st class hotel. The location is perfect, 2 km from Gustav-Adolf-Kirche. It is found in an industrialised area. Excellent restaurant, good food, people working here are efficient.

We greatly enjoyed its absolutely fantastic and particularly good breakfasts!

The rooms were spacious for your comfort, felt like home. It was nice to have climate control and wireless internet. The hotel location was perfect and excellent close to the train station. Niederursel district was worth exploring.

The room I booked was clean and had a nice view of the city, making my stay enjoyable.

Location was convenient and the area was quiet, making the stay most enjoyable, unlike hotels in the city or in the airport area. Breakfast and dinner entrees were very tasty but a bit pricey.

Request at booking for extra pillows was not honored. Had to request when arrived in the room and then only one was delivered.

The room was reasonably large and beautifully designed with the same animal print decor and airco, as example, just what was needed. The breakfast was above average and incredible with meat and cheese, as example, had everything you could want. The place had a warm atmosphere.

The service here was superb and the food was fabulous, with stylish rooms that ensure your comfort, and the staff were always willing to help with anything you needed.

Rude staff, concerned about their purpose (big prices for food and facilities) not for clients needs. Not-trusted staff, I spoke about my invoice's needs with two people from reception and in the morning the third told me that what I want is impossible. Big prices for food. BIG MINUS FOR STAFF AND FOR THE FOOD PRICES. BEWARE!

The hotel provided excellent service from the night receptionist who went above and beyond to provide us with extra toiletries. The parking and bar facilities were reasonably priced and there were available parking spaces in the neighborhood. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Additionally, the hotel was located in a quiet industrial area surrounded by large companies, making it a good location for business travelers.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, at the far outskirts of the city in a quiet area, was perfect for us. Despite being a bit far from the city center, the U-station just a 2-minute walk away made it easy to reach the main attractions in no time. The peaceful neighborhood and nearby shopping mall added to the convenience. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to assist us with any queries or problems we had. They even stored our luggage for free and prepared a delicious lunch box for our early morning departure. The cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of this place exceeded our expectations.

The stay was Excellent, with great staff, good food, and a very comfortable stay.

They somehow forgot to place the complimentary water bottles for 3 consecutive days and we had to call for it.
